Mr. Zhu has 17 years of experience in patent examination, management and operation. Patent attorney, patent examination expert, intellectual property management consultant. He specialized in enterprise IP management, IP layout protection, domestic and foreign patent applications, IP search, patent information utilization, litigation rights protection, value evaluation and IP transaction operations.

Zhu worked for 9 years in the Patent Office of the CNIPA. He has served as a substantive examiner for invention patents, a PCT qualification examiner, a quality inspection expert, an examiner and an agent training instructor. He has extensive practical experience in patent examination, quality control of application documents, patent search, OA response, and invalidation and reexamination;

He was the former IP director for Sinovel Wind Group Co., Ltd., and mainly engage in IP strategy, IP portfolio planning, and established an IP team for the company.

In 2013-2015, he served as business director and vice general manager of our company, providing comprehensive IP services including IP strategy, layout mining and rights protection for Founder Group, Foton Motor, Huadian Heavy Industries, Tsinghua University, Chinese Academy of Sciences and COFCO.
